THE ARCTICSILVER LIFETIME WARRANTY & INSURANCE

At ArcticSilver Innovation, we take pride in producing some of the most innovative, user-friendly, and high-quality crafted fly rods on the market. Therefore all ArcticSilver products are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner* against material defects.** The owner has to register his products within 60 days of purchase to make claim of the warranty and insurance. The Free-Flex handle is insured with a separate warranty for 3 years against material defects.** This warranty applies to parts and labor, but doesn’t cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or modification. Excluded are also wear parts, which naturally have a shorter life-time period. For these cases we offer the "Rainy Day Insurance", that lets you order Spare Parts at an affordable price.  

ZENSE FLY ROD

THE ARCTICSILVER 15 YEARS “RAINY DAY INSURANCE”// In addition to the Lifetime Warranty, your Zense rod comes with an original owner’s “Rainy Day Insurance”for the original owner. We all have these days….When you are out there, stepping on slippery rocks, or the rod gets slammed in the car door...

For these unforeseeable accidents, we offer you a replacement part program.***For a transportation and administration fee (EUR 89,-)****, we will repair or replace rod section parts as quickly as possible, within a 15 years period. ArcticSilvers “Rainy Day Insurance” is in addition to other statutory rights you may have in the state in which you purchased your rod. The “Rainy Day Insurance” does not affect the owners rights against manufacturing faults and misdescribed goods during the statutory period.

FONNA FLY ROD

THE ARCTICSILVER 10 YEARS “RAINY DAY INSURANCE”// In addition to the Lifetime Warranty, your Fonna rod comes with an original owner’s “Rainy Day Insurance”. We all have these days….When you are out there, stepping on slippery rocks, or the rod gets slammed in the car door...

ArcticSilvers “Rainy Day Insurance” is in addition to other statutory rights you may have in the state in which you purchased your rod. The “Rainy Day Insurance” does not affect the owners rights against manufacturing faults and misdescribed goods during the statutory period.

IC3 FLY REEL

THE ARCTICSILVER 10 YEARS “RAINY DAY INSURANCE”// In addition to the Lifetime Warranty, your IC3 fly reel comes with an original owner’s “Rainy Day Insurance”. We all have these days….When you are out there, stepping on slippery rocks, or your reel just falls and hits that rock way to hard...

For these unforeseeable accidents, we offer you a replacement part program.***For a transportation and administration fee (prices vary for different parts; please find these under the section "Spareparts) ****, we will repair or replace damaged parts as quickly as possible, within a 10 years period. ArcticSilvers “Rainy Day Insurance” is in addition to other statutory rights you may have in the state in which you purchased your rod. The “Rainy Day Insurance” does not affect the owners rights against manufacturing faults and misdescribed goods during the statutory period.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION//
All ArcticSilver Warranties apply only to the original owner of a product that has been purchased from an authorized ArcticSilver dealer or the ArcticSilver web-shop and has been registered within 60 days of purchase. The registration form can be completed here. Unregistered or resold rods are not covered by this warranty/insurance. Rods purchased from third-party sites such as Ebay or Amazon are not covered by the warranty.

*The owner has to register the rod within 60 days after purchase to make claim of warranty and insurance rights exceeding public law protection.

**Material defects are material production flaws or errors that cause the rod to be dysfunctional. Material defects usually show within the first casts with your rod. The customer must bear shipping costs to ArcticSilver. Incase of proofed material defect, this fee will be refunded. Please note, that this process can take a few months. Not included: loss, theft, fire or loss or damage caused by third party transportation. No intentional damage, or damage from neglect or ordinary wear and tear. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

****Administration fee includes shipping costs (ex. VAT and duty taxes). For repair services a fee of EUR 59,- will be charged. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to ArcticSilver but return postage will be covered by ArticSilver. Prices can be subject to alteration of prices.
